September 30, 2025: Trinity Lutheran, Tryon, NC - An update from Pastor Olson

Today the tile is finally being laid in the kitchen, then cabinets will be installed. They are waiting patiently.

The ceiling has been raised in the sanctuary and the electricians are to finish installing electricity to canned lights in coming days. Then the foam insulation will be put in and drywall completed everywhere needed.

More painting and then flooring everywhere except bathrooms and kitchen. In the meantime, we have pews that are being reworked for the church—donated to replace our chairs.

The deck is being rebuilt now with slight slowdown from weather.

New sound system to be done, too.

A new shingle roof has been put on and the outside of church painted. Downspouts all buried drains.

So much yet, but it is moving along. In pictures you can see old and new look with raised windows and ceiling.

The Lord Jesus bless all of you. Thanks for checking in. It has been quite a year. Praise the Lord for all His gifts. Forgiveness life salvation but more as He hears all our prayers.

In Christ,

Pr Olson

April 7, 2025: Disaster Relief Trip to Trinity Lutheran Church, Tryon, NC

Our team of 18 traveled to North Carolina to help restore Trinity Lutheran Church in Tryon following catastrophic flooding.  We helped to rebuild the sanctuary, crawl space, offices, and exterior by painting, tiling, landscaping, and more.  We give thanks to all who supported this endeavor through their work, financial contributions, and prayers.
We continue to pray for this sister congregation as they await worshiping in their home church.
