Welcome to Bethany’s Family Worship Resource Page!

And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
— Deuteronomy 6:6-7

Raising their children in the faith is the primary responsibility that the Lord gives to parents. With our over-scheduled life styles and the expectations placed on us, we know how difficult it can be to find the time and resources to accomplish this. That’s why we at Bethany Lutheran Church want to help you! Below you will find a Dwelling in the Word: Children’s Liturgy for Family Worship and Nurturing in the Faith. This simple and straight-forward liturgy is designed for you to spend meaningful time with your young child(ren), teaching them how to worship, and providing them with instruction in the basics of the Christian faith.

The Children’s Liturgy is availble in digital format (below) as well as in hard copy at the Bethany Lutheran Church & School offices. For those parents who may feel intimidated by singing, we have also provided audio resources on this page to lead and support singing during your time of Family Worship.

Blessings to you as your raise your children in the “discipline and instruction of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4). If you need additional support, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here for you!
