Bethany is home to a vibrant and multi-faceted music ministry!  Do you or your child have a love for music and desire to serve the Lord's church in this way?  Check out the many ways that you can get connected through Music at Bethany below.  All of our music ministry programs are open to the community.

Kids at the Organ!

What happens back there behind the organ?!?!? Cantor Giuliani invites children and youth ages 5-18 to join him at the organ during the Divine Service!  This is a great way to learn more about the organ, and to be involved during the service.  Kids even get to wear a robe like the rest of the liturgical assistants if they want!

Children under age 10 must be accompanied by a parent.

Email Cantor Giuliani at to arrange a date.

Bethany's choral program is designed as a unique intergenerational choir of mixed voices whose purpose is to lead congregational song, and embellish the liturgy. It emphasizes personal instruction for each youth and adult singer, encouraging both musical and spiritual growth. The unique leadership provided by our youth and adults is a precious gift we give to the spiritual life of the church.

    The Bach Academy

The J.S. Bach Academy of Music (we just call it "The Bach Academy") is Bethany's community music school.  Through The Bach Academy, students of all ages can take music lessons from an outstanding faculty of professional musicians on a variety of instruments and voice.  Early childhood music programs are available for infants and toddlers from birth through age four.  The Bach Academy is also home to a robust choir school for children and youth grades K-12, and the Naperville Youth Symphony Orchestra (NYSO).
