Greetings in the name of Christ our Savior! Bethany is working hard at building and solidifying a catechesis driven youth program of teaching the faith to young people. Our youth mission is very simple: “Connecting people to Christ … and keeping them connected!”

Bethany’s “TOTAL YOUTH MINISTRY PROGRAM” includes three key ingredients: Real Worship, Real Bible Study and Real Fellowship. All of our programming is geared towards funneling youth back in to “Real Worship”, where Christ the Vine is proclaimed in Word and Sacrament. As God breathes His life giving Word in to his people, his people exhale praises back to Him.

It is our prayer that as you are filled with God’s Word, knowledge and faith in Jesus will increase. God’s richest blessings through Christ our Savior!

Youth Ministry Names…

ROCK: Includes all high school age youth. Bible reference – 1 Peter 2:4-5 (Living Stones). Application – We have been made alive in Christ through Holy Baptism and we stand firm in God’s Word!

JUNIOR CONFIRMATION: Includes all 7th and 8th grade youth. Bible reference – Proverbs 22:6 (Equipping the Saints). Application – In-depth teaching of Christian Doctrine as confessed by the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.

OASIS and KOINONIA: Our junior youth groups are divided into a 4th & 5th grade group (KOINONIA) and a 6th, 7th & 8th grade group (OASIS). Our junior youth meet one Friday a month for fun, fellowship and devotions. Koinonia meets from 6:00-7:30 and Oasis meets from 7:30-9:00. The two groups meet together occasionally for special events. St. Andrew Society: Includes 7th—12th grade youth. Bible reference—Rom. 12:1. (we have been made living sacrifices because of God’s mercy). Application—Faithfully serving within God’s church.
